I won an awesome frosted beer glass at WOB tonight bc the bartender bet me I couldn’t do ten push ups. After I claimed my prize, I bet him that it I can do 75 push ups by the end of summer he has to give me this awesome steam-punk-esque dogfish head tap from the bar. Booyah!

So if you’re like me and crave unhealthy foods 24/7, I have a tip that may help!
Before every single meal/snack, do a small workout. Such as 5 crunches, 5 push ups, and 5 squats. It reminds you why you’re doing this, and motivates you to make so much healthier choices. It works like a charm! Plus, you get a bit of your daily workout out of the way (:
